This blog series, \u201cConversations with Jesus \u2013 Getting to Know the Creator of Everything,\u201d<\/strong> was born out of a deep desire to understand not just what Jesus said<\/em>, but how<\/em> He said it, why<\/em> He said it, and what it means for us today<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As followers of Christ, we are being transformed daily through the process of sanctification. That transformation begins with walking closely with Jesus, not just admiring His miracles or quoting His teachings\u2014but observing His conversations<\/em>. Who He spoke with. What tone He used. How He responded to rejection, resistance, pain, and faith. These are the real-time lessons that shape how we interact with others as we grow in Christlikeness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Start in the Book of Matthew?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first Gospel in the New Testament, Matthew<\/strong>, is the perfect starting point for this series. Not only is it chronologically the first, but thematically it lays the foundation for understanding Jesus as the long-awaited Messiah<\/strong>, the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy, and the King of a new kind of Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew was a Jewish tax collector turned disciple, writing primarily to a Jewish audience. His goal was clear: to prove that Jesus is the promised Messiah and rightful King from the lineage of David. That\u2019s why this Gospel is packed with Old Testament references, genealogies, and kingdom themes\u2014making it the perfect bridge between the Old and New Covenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In today\u2019s polarized, fast-paced world, conversations are either shallow or hostile.
