I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Again and again she asks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And again and again she persists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initially, the judge ignores her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, eventually he gives in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because he becomes righteous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because he suddenly cares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But because her persistence becomes impossible to ignore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then Jesus makes His point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If even an unjust judge eventually responds, how much more will a righteous God respond to His people?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-deep-theology-of-persistent-prayer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Deep Theology of Persistent Prayer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people misunderstand this parable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some assume Jesus is teaching believers to pressure God until He reluctantly gives them what they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, that is not the lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus is arguing from lesser to greater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The judge and God are opposites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The judge is unjust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, the lesson is not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKeep bothering God until He gives in.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lesson is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIf persistence works with an unjust judge, how much more should believers trust a loving Father?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus is not on changing God\u2019s mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus is on strengthening our faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-delays-challenge-faith\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Delays Challenge Faith<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the greatest struggles in prayer is waiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People often pray for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Healing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Restoration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Deliverance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Justice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet answers do not always arrive immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, discouragement can develop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questions emerge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does God care?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is God listening?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Has God forgotten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus understands those questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, He tells this parable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delay is not evidence of abandonment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delay is often part of the process through which faith matures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout Scripture, God frequently works in ways that require trust before understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-final-question\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Final Question<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then Jesus ends with a surprising question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notice what He faith?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ultimate issue is not whether believers receive everything they request immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The issue is whether they continue trusting God while they wait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is the heart of persistent prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-mood-and-tone\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mood and Tone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tone moves from class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus reveals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Prayer should be continual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">God is not indifferent to His people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Faith perseveres through delay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">God\u2019s justice is certain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Waiting does not mean abandonment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li
