saying, &#8220;Are You the King of the Jews?&#8221; And He answered him and said, &#8220;It is as you say.&#8221; Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, &#8220;I find no guilt in this man.&#8221; But they kept on insisting, saying, &#8220;He stirs up the people, teaching all over Judea, starting from Galilee even as far as this class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first portrays Jesus as a political agitator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second presents Him as encouraging tax rebellion against Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The third suggests He is claiming to rival Caesar\u2019s authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ironically, Luke has already shown readers that these accusations are false.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only days earlier, Jesus explicitly taught:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cRender to will acknowledge His innocence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The centurion will later declare His righteousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luke carefully piles witness upon witness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Lamb is spotless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, His sacrifice is sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr Pilate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rome will not execute someone merely for claiming to fulfill Jewish prophecy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But Rome will respond quickly to any perceived threat against Caesar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The leaders manipulate the charges because they care more about achieving their objective than preserving class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the remainder of the trial, Pilate will repeatedly struggle between justice and political pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His weakness serves as a warning about the danger of valuing public approval above moral conviction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 came.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His mission is not self-preservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Silence, in this moment, becomes an expression of complete trust in the Father\u2019s plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The One who could silence storms remains silent in the face of false accusations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The One who created human speech refuses to defend Himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because He cannot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But because the Cross requires it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2
