Psalm 86:11 NLT
Teach me your ways, O LORD, that I may live according to your truth! Grant me purity of heart, so that I may honor you.
“Teach me Your ways, O Lord, that I may live according to Your truth!”
There are only a couple of ways that God teaches us.
1. Consistent meditation and study of God’s Word.
This is the most important and effective way to learn God’s ways.
And we must come at this from a spirit of humility and submission to His Word.
Focused on the change that we need to make and NOT from a perspective of the change that the world around needs to make.
As our minds, thoughts, and attitudes start to change according to God’s Will, the world around us will change by God’s hands.
2. By good and faithful Biblical preaching and teaching.
Get into the church as often as possible, let the Pastor, who is faithful to God’s Word, speak truth into your life.
Take notes, review these notes, and let this activity move your heart to change you are doing.
3. Fellowship with other believers.
Get involved in the mission of the church.
Get into a small groups in your church.
The first step exposes you to God’s inerrant and Devine revelation.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 NLT
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.
The next two steps put you in the presence of Jesus, Himself.

For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”
