Are You Seeking a Victory? Look Upon the One Who Has Already Won

1 John 5:3-4 NLT
Loving God means keeping his commandments, and his commandments are not burdensome. For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.

What hope…

“For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.”

Meditate on this verse, deeply.. think about this verse, think about your current circumstances, some may be good, some may be ok, some may seem over whelming but…

As believers and followers of Jesus Christ, we have already won, we have already achieved the victory. Our faith in Jesus has pulled us over the finish line.

This should give us great joy and it should provide us an undeniable hope that if the circumstances are less than favorable that they will not last forever.

And that the trials and circumstances, we face are Divinely ordained and orchestrated to make us more like our Savior.

For us the chose we face is, do we fight it or do we look for the lesson that God is trying to teach us.

Heavenly Father, help me keep my focus on the glory to come, knowing that the imperfections that I notice and observe are issues in my heart and not with You, the Creator of the universe that has sovereign control of everything that I observe.

Give me the strength, will and discernment to know when to insert myself into the lives of others with the sole purpose of edifying and lifting up the name of Jesus Christ, the only person capable of making the lasting changes in the hearts of those around me.

I pray that my life is a projection of the Savior and Spirit living inside of me.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen!! 🙏❤️
